I think that there will always be a real problem for me with how the average American soldier in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars has been treated. For every Abu Ghraib, there are ten thousand of the kind of story that war reporter Michael Yon has captured and published in his blog. You should read that and be more appreciative of "the American's burden", to paraphrase Rudyard Kipling. The compassion of battle-hardened soldiers for suffering children, suffering because of Saddam Hussein and Abu Musab Al-Zarqawi (I will not let American soldiers take blame they do not deserve.), is truly heart-warming. Reminds me of why I am so proud to be an American. I encourage everyone to read this story.

God bless. Will return tomorrow, if possible.
